I signed up for pvps4free under someone and there are only 3 offers on the offers page, all of which cost more than $50. They never responded to my help ticket. They did respond to my email but they didn't give me an answer.

OfferCentric didn't cost him any money. He decided to pay for referals himself, he should have just used refstop or something. It clearly states in the terms and conditions for offercentric (and probably most other companies) that they can cancel accounts without notice. Paying for a google add for refferals and letting it cost him $1400 is his own fault, and could have (and probably would have) happened at any referal company. He was probably banned for "Referring an excessive number of Users who violate these terms." which I'm sure can get you banned from any other referal site too. Just because some guy was stupid about getting referals, dosen't make that the fault of the referal site. OfferCentric does have OODs, but that in itself is no reason to ban them. I have had a very good experience with my OfferCentric account.

@AeroSigma: Good point. We did not ban them though, we only add an -OOD mention to all of the OC sites, because OOD's really do not help in trading.

I think that that's a great compromise, and a prudent decision. Sorry, I just noticed that I'm about 9 months late for this conversation, but the link was still up on the home page, and I was frusterated at that guy for getting mad at the site when it was his choice to pay $1400 for something that could only get him $600, best case. Sorry for the rant and thanks for keeping the OfferCentric on refstop.

I've done lots of these and most often the offer completion is reported within a couple days, a few may take two weeks, and credit cards a month at most but OfferCentric is definitely a scam.  I have had 24 friends finished with their offers for over two months with only two greens, even though I have sent in all the reciepts.  I have emailed OfferCentric (no response), mailed stuff to San Diego address only to have it returned (no such addresee), and Called them, with no response.  I now have a complaint with the Virginia Customer Affairs office with the Attorney General.  They have tried to contact OfferCentric twice so far with no response.  If you are having problems with OfferCentric I suggest you call Ms. Erin Williams Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs at 1 804 786 1308 and  file a complaint.  If we get enough people to complain the state of Virginia will take OfferCentric to court.  These people really need to be brought to justice.  I have already spoken to Napster about them and they have pulled their ads from OfferCentric sites.  Don't just gripe, do something, call Ms. Williams.  Also call the companies that you completed the promotion for and demand to speak to the people in their affiliate programs.  Then tell them what is going on with OfferCentric.  Have them pull their ads too.

We encourage all our American members to not support OfferCentric.

All these posts testify that they are fradulent websites.

They really hurt the freebie industry.
