I've found myself having to sign up under a dummy email address for some sites, just to see if their offers are reasonable.  I then abandon that email and sign up under my normal account to complete an offer and start my referrals.

it would be a lot easier if people could just go to one site and see what what site has what to offer.

Usually, there is a list of offers available on each site. There should be a "View Offers" link in the menu of most freebie sites.

On what site did you have to register to view the offers ?
